DELIVERY ISSUES :
• Magic World shop delivers their products through individual level courier services, Indian Speed Post and third party delivery for abroad delivery.
• The delivery is done once the complete payment has been made from the client’s end.
• In case of damage to products on receiving the delivery, it may lead to a negotiation with the company.
• Any damage done after the completion of the delivery and client’s acknowledgement, the company is not to be held responsible.
- We ship most of orders within 24 Hrs from our Kolkata, West Bengal Office. We Use DTDC / BLUEDART / Speed Post Courier for orderd Within India.
- Note : In Speed Post Shipping we don’t take Responsibility of Damage or missing as we dont have Control Over Indian Speed post Shipping. it will be on your risk. It takes 3-10 days approx for delivery.
- For Premium Faster Shipping (Delivery in 2-4 days Approx.) shipping charges depends on weight and size of your package.
For International Customer :
We Ship All International Orders by DHL / UPS / EMS, Shipping charges are according to weight or Size of the package. for Bulk Weight Order you can write us to find other shipping options.
Also, for international orders we declare all parcels as gift articles or educational material so customers Dont have to Pay Extra Custom Charges. But still in few cases customer may have to pay Custom charges according to his/her Country Rules.
Standard Shipping Policy
ALL shipping time frames are based on normal business days (Monday – Saturday)
Physical address is required for delivery of package. Please note that Couriers can not deliver to a PO Box.
For International orders, Please be sure to research the customs procedure in your country prior to making your purchase.
There may be slight delays during the holiday season.
PAYMENT ISSUES :
• Magic World shop accepts almost any sorts of payment method like Cash, Debit/ Credit cards, Cheque, NEFT, Bank transfer, Online payments, Paytm etc.
• The client is entitled to pay 50% of the total amount while signing the contract / placing a bulk order. The rest of the amount is to be cleared before the delivery.
• Any dues, credits or delays in the payment process from the client’s side is not acceptable, and may lead to order cancellation or other legal actions.
ADDITIONAL COSTS AND EXPENSES :
• The cost of the products by Magic World shop includes GST of 18%, within the product price.
• The freight or delivery charges has to payed by the client, as the delivery service is adjustable on client’s request.
Speed Post or Courier charges you have to pay extra. Shipping charge is not included.
• Only in case of Illusion Magic or prop an extra charge needs to be paid by the client for the product packaging meterial or box.
